There's a domain name I want, but someone already owns it. However, nothing has been done with it. They've registered it in December of 1999. It expires this December. You'd think if they really wanted it, they would have done something by now. I would love to buy it from them, if they are willing to sell it, but what would be best? Should I send them an email asking if I could buy it from them, or should I wait until December and see if it becomes available for purchase then?
