at www.dhs.org and u get a free domain like yourname.wox.org or yourname.dhs.org and yes these work like proper domains, eg with dns servers

i know that but that is sort of a domain as it requires dns to operate, and there is no way you are gonna get a free domain like .com .net .org unless some1 gives it to you, you may also think .com.kg is a domain when its actually subdomain so there is no way u will get a toplevel domain without ads at least.

there .kg cost $$ but there com.kg are free
