Not bad, I like the menu.
I think you should use anti-aliasing for the text on the logo.
I'm not use to reviewing websites so that's all I have to say.
BTW, your site doesn't look right in netscape.
NB: I use IE, I do not use netscape, nutscape sucks.

see the top of the penguins head how its all bumpy? anti-aliasing would get rid of that and make it smooth so it looks more like the pic

In whatever Paint Program you have... probably Paint Shop Pro.

I liked the old design and colours better. especially on the forums.
It would also be better if the grey navbar wasn't so long
