Well, most places include PHP and SQL for an account like that. They do have available ASP on the smaller plans, but MySQL & PHP are only on the larger accounts. These are pretty much a must at any price nowadays..

Plus they accept only com/net/org domains.

Regular host @ WHT, I've exchanged emails with Leslie (the owner I beleieve) a couple of times. Always been helpful to others on the forum which is at least a good sign, though I realize not what you could base hosting experiences on.
