Domain Hosting
Top-Level Domain Registration for $15/year or less
CGI
SSI
PHP
MySQL
10+ POP Email accounts
Telnet
FTP
No Ads
Able to place own banner ads and/or popup/under ads

I am starting a commercial Webmaster Help site and I will need all of those features.
