The background color of your flash files differ from the color you used in your pages.
The version x.x thing in the title looks stupid. I suggest you implant it elsewhere or remove it all together.
Your menu gets cut off when viewed in 800x600. Find a way to fix that by making your PH flash logo smaller or switching to tables layout instead of frames. (frames suck)
[EDIT]
Finally noticed something wrong with my spelling... :o

You spelled "ready" and "job" wrong. (FAQ.html)

I couldnt get to the 'help' section, cuz i cant see what's after it..I think you can fix that by moving title 'PH' up a little bit..besides that everything else lookz good..^_^

I forgot exactly where you use noresize... just try adding them in <FRAME> or <FRAMESET>, it's one or the other.
