Help me, I getting screwed by ehost

I bought a domain off e-host last year and now time is about up. I want to transfer my domain to sharenic. But ehost has "locked" my domain to their registar. I e-mailed them and they won't e-mail me back. I already paid sharenic the $15 fee to transfer +1 more year. What should I do?

Complain some more and if they don't reply, file a lawsuit ;)

If this e-host is anything like networksolutions odds are you can plan on not hearing back from them.

Do they have an 800 number? I emailed networksolutions for months and never heard a thing back but once I got them on the phone, they helped me with everything I needed.

Actually I got the name off domainzero which is now joined with ehost. I think I'll just let it expire and re-register it with sharenic.
