Not Hypermart.
I posted this here last time someone wrote this...I'm having so much fun ('cause last time that someone didn't understand this) so I'll post it again:
"The banner advertisements must be located "above the fold" on all HyperMart-hosted pages. "Above the fold" is the uppermost viewable area within a browser window consisting of 608x320 pixels, which is approximately the size of a single screen that is visible to browsers without the need for scrolling."
On my opinion 608x320 is at the very top unless you do have a 14" monitor.
(VirtualAve is similar, you can choose the big popups or banners which come with these very annoying textlinks)

http://www.webprovider.com has placable banners, and now you can even edit your dns settings even if you have a subdomain.

Johnny, you keep posting like that you'll never get clients to your fwp. Telling them to e-mail you for hosting, we don't even know you have a fwp. How do we know the hosting is not just a stupid scam to get money? At least get a site up.

Spaceports is pretty good. Their servers are fast, and the best thing is that their ads don't have any text or image link next to them unlike hypermart and virtual ave (Hypermart just change their text link. Now it is even LONGER!!! The new message is "This site is hosted by Hypermart, yours can be too! Click here to learn about hosting packages, including a FREE plan.") Netcabins looks good, but Im still waiting for them to automate their servers so I can sign up :)

If Hypermart's long banner text annoys you, just wrap the banner code in DIV tags to shrink the font size to a tiny little line, like so ...
<DIV STYLE="font-size:4px"><!--echo banner=""--></DIV>
;)
