Sue the turds. That is right I said sue them. According to a lawyer from EFF you could sue M$ over Smart Tags for modifying your copyrighted work without your permission. Why shouldn't this apply to other similar services?

Well, not everyone has the economy to take on an international law suit. And before the verdict comes several years might have passed and during that time the evil apps have used your space.
Use whatever to stop them now and let the big sites sue if needed, I say.
