The ideal package would be smaller host with well managed servers. Larger hosts tend to unattend some of the commonly occuring problems. But they also have the technology and infrastructure at hand

That can be a good option, provided your design in catchy enough and you can generate traffic onto the site, even if it is a parked page. The whole idea is that an advertizement can work only if it is on proper place and has visitors.

That would to be a good option if you have a site that has global visitors. But for visitors within the country it would work because you are sure that there would'nt be hits from out of the place
