Regarding the pop up, what I meant is the services for Domain lookup, Expired Domains & Recommend-Us is using pop-up windows while the others no. Do you think it is appropiate or should I make it no pop-up at all ?

Well, I try to reduce images, to have faster speed ( I am using slow host ), secondly it will be filled with banner/ads later. Any comment for my pop-up question ?
