I don't run a hosting company anymore but more of a web development company. I do have extra resources available on the server which I'm looking to exchange free hosting for links to my site

I'm currently with Hostgator they may be high on your budget but they do provide a great service.

I would say No Ads, there are other ways sites can make money.
