any cheap host for an iranian?

in iran most of web hosting services run their servers under windows, as a linux fan i look for a host that supports php, mysql, 10mb+ space and cheap.

i've found a host(reseller) with following(it's not a joke):
unix,
5mb space,
php 3,
mSQL,
cobalt servers,
monthly fee about $8 (pooh! )

but a windows web host:
windows 2000,
50mb,
MS-SQL,
ASP,
CGI,
monthly fee about $3

can anybody help me or i should learn asp :confused2 ?

there is nothing wrong with windows 2k, it is just has secure as any linux box out there. well, i don't know ny iran host, so sorry.

IF You want me to be honest .. Red Hat Linux has more holes in it that windows 2000 ..... but cos most ppl don't like the amount of money microsoft has made .. and the way they go about it .. the holes in windows are more available to get ....

Windows XP is more stable .. but unsecurer .... but this is changing .....

NO WAY !!
XP is just a platform for iis or pws....
iis is very unstable and will crach without any good reason....
*nix are way better then the microsoft servers....
there are so many reasons.....

and I know that windows take you lots of your GUI memory, and this is bad !!
but nix machine are stable, less memory, and more performens !!
