Hi,

This will be the first time that I will use a windows host so I don't know nothing about it

I need a reseller account (windows platform) for a shopping cart to test and learn more about it. After that to host my clients, I need -XML DLL to be installed on your server.
As all my sites will be e-commerce ones, I need a reliable company that is at least being in business for 1 year. I want to be able to create my own plan (like McHost). I want to have something similar to whm (for administration) and cpanel for my clients.

I want to start with an cheap plan, considering that in the beginning I will not use it very much and I want to have the possibility to be able to upgrade to another plan.
