that's almost impossible to do when you are first starting out; I suggest you get a good reputation and some friends first. I also suggest starting out with just a website for starters.

www.clubhost.us seems pretty good... try them... not sure what there plans included... they got quite a few.... but i believe there silver plan has more then what ur asking for...

I want to start a website to allow people to download my custom dvd covers and labels. I also need a forum so that users can request covers to be made and placed online.

Arn't custom covers of films still in the cinema illegal?

Not at all! It is just a 'quest' of my own to design a cover for up coming movie and to see how close mine is to the orginal when it comes out. It is only illegal if people actully download warez (WHICH I DO NOT OFFER!) and to print off and sell the 'custom' titles. I do not agree with pirate AKA warez software!

You are talking about our 500 MB Gold account. This is the only account class that requires any kind of forum posting.

All plans include a PLESK control panel, PHP scripting, MySQL database,
FTP upload access, POP3 Email, custom error documents and access
to raw traffic log files.

Some plans have additional features. The signup requirements
for each plan also varies ....

50 MB Lead and 100 MB Bronze have no special signup requirements
however these are also the most restrictive of all our account classes.

The 250 MB Silver account is much less restrictive but requires you
to place text links to amzweb.com on your site to qualify. This account
class also allows you to host limited file downloads from your site and
non-copyrighted MP3 music files.

Our popular 500 MB Gold plan that DarkBlood spoke of above does not have
any ads or text link requirements but does require you to be an active
member in our forum community and keep a minimum posting average of
15 posts per month to qualify. The Gold plan has no file type or file type
restrictions and is one of the least restrictive account classes that we
offer operating very similiar to paid hosting accounts. The Gold account
also has a lot more features and additional email and databases.

Our huge 1000 MB Platinum plan is available to any members on lower
account classes who make 3 paid hosting referrals to AMZ Web Hosting.
The upgrade to Platinum is automatic immediately upon the signup of
the third new paid customer who mentions your name as their referral source.

As a side note, we are also one of the oldest FREE hosting providers.
Actually we might even be the oldest now -- haven't really checked lately.

Our requirements on each account are as stated above in my last post.
The Silver account requires that you place text hyperlinks on each page
on your web site. We have another version of the Silver account which
has Google ads on one page but your web site has to be completed before
we'll allow you to convert from Silver-I to Silver-II.

The Gold account does not have any ads or text links but you would
need to be an active member in our forum community for that one.

If that works for you --- Great. If not, I'm sure there are other host
