First sin in webdesign:

I, as you visitor, am your customer. Telling me that my netscape browser is un-wanted is rude. Basically you're telling me that you disapprove of my choice of browser/OS. Please ask yourself whether this is the message you want to sent to your visitors and whether Micro---- really needs the free advertising for their browser from you. It is your responsibility as designer to accomodate any browser I might have.

The front picture could use improvement - it's far from optimal. Make it brighter and get it into another format. The cut off of the round shape of the head and the straight down left doesn't look to good.

The rest is very good.

the site would be alot better in a table, with links on one side, content/ info on the other...
