    Question

Someone please help! I setup Apache, CGI, and followed the instructions. The only problem I have is that IE tries to download the php file when I want to open it. How do I fix this?

From what I gather, the MIME type for the .php extension hasn't been setup on the server. Each time you call for a .php file the browser try's to download it since the server is not setup to pre-process the php script and forward the html to the browser.
