I update my requirements

I am now updating/changing my requirements, so you can close my other topic if you want to.

What I require:
-Personal Host
-$5 (Canadian) or less per month.
-pay method: by credit card or by cheque through the mail
-atleast 2 GB of bandwidth (only if possible)
-no ads.
-fast server.
-subdirectory address. (I'll get my own Domain or SubDomain)
-FTP uploads or cpanel.
-the following file extentions should be supported: HTML, HTM, GIF, JPG, ZIP, EXE, WAV, MIDI, MID, MP3, almost all of them...
-animated GIFs should be supported.
-the bcentral FastCounter should be supported.
-immediate account activation (I can start building my site) as soon as I make my first payment.
-custom "error 404" pages.
-E-mail forwarding. (forwards to my current E-mail address).
-unlimited pages. (unlimited HTML pages)
-multiple accouts. (server allows me to create more than one account)

I am currently running Windows 98 upgraded to Windows ME.

And it would be appreciated if I can see some example sites on the server before making ANY purchases.

What I don't require: (optional)
-unlimited E-mail aliases. (more than one E-mail address).
-shopping cart.
-CGI.
-PHP.
-MySQL.
-RealAudio.
-RealVideo.
-mailing list.

All paid hosts provide this, providing all of you pages fit into your allotted space.

It doesn't make a difference what OS you're running.

By multiple accounts, do you mean multiple domains?

I guess all paid hosts let you have more than one account if you pay for it. I know some of the free hosts only let you have one account per IP.
