    Internet Connection Help.

    OK .. i know this is the wrong forum to ask this question .. but i need a isp ( in the usa ) .. which can provide me with a T3 .. at a cheap cost ( fractional around 2 - 8 mbit )

    i have already found 1 provider which can do this ....

    i have around $2,500 left per month .. to spend
