    Flash as a background?

Hello there, this may sound impossible but is there a way for your page to have .swf (flash) as a background?

What a cool idea! ( Says the flash hater )

What about CSS?. Absolutely position the flash and the "real" content on top of each other, so to speak. Use the z-index property to push the flash to the background. Should work, I think. Let us know.

My way is highly proper and w3c correct, my dear (freak).

But I get you point. It's not a background. It's in the background.

If you do that, could you please consider the people who do not have flash? Make them being able to still view the site? As I do not have flash on my university connection - due to secutrity reasons - pages that have flash piss me seriously off. Especially if there is no way around the flash.
