What's wrong with Portland?

Their site and any of the site they are co-branded with have this crappy Internal Server Error when you try to sign up.

This kinda sucks cause one of their co-brand had everything I pretty much wanted even though it offered only 15mb.

How is that supposed to help a server error? And no it does not work. I have been trying for 2 days, doing multiple tries.. emailed portland and then also emailed today the co-brand which is f2g.net ... still nothing is working.

I tried many other Portland co-brands and the main Portland site and they all have that problem.

I had the internal server problem too, i hit refresh and it worked.
