    Need help aon this harry potter bar.

    I created a harry potter animated spacer bar but would like to reduce the size. Any Ideas? ty John

    Reduce the number of colors. You seem to be using 256 now, it looks okay at just 32, you could probably go as low as 16. If that's not enough, cut out every second frame. It will make the motion slightly more choppy but greatly reduce the file size.

    oh and just to let u know, viewed with XP and IE6 the image doesn't fit exactly into the screen

    Do you mean the bar is to long? I made it 760 pixcels

    Thanks Cyber I was able to reduce it by five time the file size and even make it move better. ty again.
