    No more than 36$/year - no setup (can pay yearly)

    atleast 10MB
    300-500MB bandwidth
    hosted on their subdomain
    like http://www.myname.hosting.com or something like that
    Perl 5, SSI, PHP4, (mysql..optional)
    thats it.. any ideas guys?
