Sugestions?

I am wanting a host pretty much similar to 2mhost.com accept they seem a bit suss and i have been kicked from them before for having a 200kb mp3 file, which i made! They seem way too paranoid to have a lengthy relationship... So i am wanting a host with the features 2mhost has for under $5/month.

I am running a general news/rant site, and wanting approx:

100mb
5gb/month
multiple FTP accounts
multiple subdomains
mailboxes optional
FAST
PHP/mysql
CGI

and not paranoid about me running a site (not illegal in any way)

One more thing, i am wanting to give webspace to australian clans and small sites with subdomain and ftp accounts

Top of the list at the moment for hosts is myacen.com.au. I am extremely interested in their business plan and appeals to me more being an Australian host.

BTW i have deduced that any host that does not have a support forum, is untrustworthy.
