    simply search for one that is only in your state/city... it might not be easy but they are out there... i currently use one with no ads, no sign up, no problems, no disconnects, nothing wrong with... it serves washington state... the log in is guest/passsword and they have two access numbers in my city... i have seen free local cable access, free local dsl, and free local 56k...

    yeh, just get Cable it can be up to 6.95 a month
