Nick, have you tried Alkaline rechargables? How do they compare with the nickel ones?
I use those AC/DC adapters whenever possible. I hate it when your game or CD players shuts down on you 'cause you ran out of batteries.

Yes, I know I'm not Nick, but I'm gonna be nosy and answer you anyways. Alkaline is way better than nickel batteries, according to my Physics textbook.Originally posted by Coolin

The N64 mostly screwed up 'cause of it's release dates.. that screwed it up I would definitely say. Heh.. too bad they didn't have no Final Fantasy games.. that's what mainly drew me to the PSX.
I just found the program that microsoft used to design his XBOX controller ...
Take a look at http://www.htloz.com/xbox_gamecube/XBOXMACHINE.html, and design your own XBOX controller !
# hugh ? signature ? wtf ?

My nickel batteries last in my wireless mouse on 24 hours a day for four days. Alkalines last for about 14 hours. BIG difference.

Oh, oops.... got my concept wrong. Says here Alkaline is better than dry but nickel lasts longer than Alkaline. Okay, I need to re-study my physics textbook....![]()
No wonder I kept getting B's and C's on my physics exams...
Yeah~~~~ right! If science is right, how come they always say that "there isn't an unbreakable scientific law"? Who knows, maybe E really doesn't equal mc squared... nor does P=IV....![]()
