You have to contact the website that hosts your images and then contact your local police department that handles crimes over the net. But I don't think you'll do much.
contact the host of the site that has the unwanted pictures on it.
The should follow up on it, as there is usually a section in the TOS that states some kind of policy about unwanted or defaming pictures.

Contact your local law enforcement agency and continue searching to see if there are copies of these pictures.
most local law enforcement agencies would not bother with something like that, especially if the host is out of the country.
here is a section out of a popular free host's TOS:
If you noticed a picture of yourself online, especially if it is modified in some way, it would be easy to get it taken down. You agree to not use the Service to:
(a) upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
Make it sound worse than it is, and, if possible, show how the picture violates the TOS (say it is objectionable).
what if its not a free host?

Filos, that is where you are wrong. They would look into it... if it was really serious.
It wouldn´t matter. Paid hosts usually have the same amount of rules when it comes to matters like this.Originally posted by crj

how do i find the host if they have a domain name?

Probably try a WHOIS on the domain.
do a whois

as Giancarlo said, free or paid- it doesnt matter. Both follow the same basic rules.
If this is happening to you, or someone you know, I can help you out. just PM me. (I have experience in this area)
Giancarlo- I think the offence would have to be extreme in order for me to contact my local law enforcement agency. The best Idea would be to contact the host, and get the host to contact the offender's ISP, who, in turn, would contact the offender's local law enforcement agency. Or if the host will give you the guy's (gal's) name and address straight away do that instead.
and of course if you know the person, and the person lives in your area, then contact your local law enforcement agency.
Sure this is about pictures of you, crj? You seem pretty concerned about what people may do to you because you use their pics without permission.

yes, yes it is; almost as bad as lawnmower racing, weiner dog racing, or body art.
If you are planning on posting a picture of someone else that may be found to be libelous, defamitory, or otherwise objectionable, have a disclaimer. something like: All pictures for this site are randomly chosen; If you see yourself here, and would like the picture removed, please fill out the followin form or email...
or you could take the ignorant bastard stance with a disclaimer like: If you are a female and see your picture on this site, please phone me at (your number here). If you would like your picture removed, please send payment of $100 to...
you get the idea
have fun
