    Yeah I have had a server there for a few months and this is the first major trouble... Has to be a line problem because noone can get to my sites or vdi.net when it drops...

    VDI has had spectacular service the past 6 months. A few problems here and there are to be expected, from any host. Regardless of how many redundant connections, BGP configurations, and precautions are taken, things can happen...ie...if the router gets attacked/flooded, etc...
    The is always a single point of failure somewhere...
