"setup fee" ?? lol...just a click and charge people for it??? that's so funny...i think they're trying to make money out of "setup fee" ...if they shutdown, "setup fee" is not refundable! i've been there!

Many hosts charge a set up fee. Web sites cannot be set up on the server by clicking your mouse once (some automated systems make it easy, but not quite that simple), plus the set up fees often cover the costs of initial support (usually people have loads of questions when they first sign up).

anti-liberal
there are other hosts i'd use when it comes to their pricing/features, but there shouldn't be anything wrong with using them.

I don't know why people always rave about the quality of support on these sites... because if everything works, you don't NEED support... there are two circumstances that you need customer support in...
a) something goes wrong
b) the users are lame
Personally, it aint a big deal if they dont have support, coz I aint lame
