Compare tera-byte with myacen

Hey, I am going to change my hosting service provider as it is too expensive for me, and the bandwidth is not enough.

My wish is:
>= 50 mb storage
>= 10 gb transfer per month
mySQL
php
ftp
subdomain

I still thinking for static IP, telnet and allowance to compile my program. These are good but not a must

In this forum, I find myacen and tera-byte having quite good reputation, and have plans suit me. So I want to ask for any commend about these two company. such as support service, speed, any cheat... etc.

I think if you pay Tera-byte with credit cards, they are okay.

Myacen is excellent, they have reliable service, low prices (as you know) and great support. I cannot comment on Terabyte as I've never used about them.

Myacen has more features and better support than tera-byte (in my experience).

One thing I hate about myacen is that their site is not accurate because its never updated. This includes their tos apparently. I also couldn't find a phone number or address on their website. Apart from that I've head myacen is quite good.

I heard in your forums that you could pay monthly but this was not updated in the tos.

But what about an address and phone number? Also alternative mthods of payment. I don't see them and thats why my dad won't allow me to get hosting from you.
