I agree, I searched for a host like that for 6 months. After getting tired of looking I decided to go with a paid host. What is $4.00 per month anyways? I bet you could find cheaper then that for what you want.

well my dad dosnt giv me pocket money so ill ask him if i can hav $4 a month (round about) for a host! but he dont fancy givin his cred details out! im screwed 4 a few yea around! 5!
