You need to set your transfer type to PORT, so turn the PASV transfer connection type off.

And did you add a subdomain or domain-subdomain?

The first signup thing you did doesn't give you access to FTP, it just gives u access to add the services.
when u add the services, then u will get ftp access. all information will be mailed to u.

i signed up for a subdomain and got all the infomation but i cant get into my cgi-bin. my account is 360skateboard. do i have to switch my email cause i payed for my hotmail account

Well, change all ur settings to work for Clawz.com
then try goto ftp.redhat.com and download something there.
Does ur ftp connection work with other ftp sites?

all my setting are set for clawz.com. my ftp conection works on other places
