Your best bet is to contact your Datacenter or Server provider and have them do it for you.

Daniel is right if you need access to a certain port, your best bet is to contact your DC.

I am going to take a wld stab and say you might be typing it wrong in your browser

    https://ip.ip:2087
    http://ip.ip:2086

one is http, other is https

nope. all are ok. i got the problem solution. I just went to httpd.conf and check the whmredirect.cgi and redirect.cgi was named sredirect.cgi and swhmredirect.cgi which goes to the 2087 port mean ssl.

Now it is fine. Mod can close the topic. Thanks all for helping.

haha! yup, most of the time this problem happens if you are entering http in the front. But if you didn't then browser automatically detects whether it is http or https.

Cpanel has a default redirect of "/whm" for servers
    where WHM has been installed.

Just go to "http://(yourdomain)/whm" and it should
automatically redirect you to the correct port number
