    I'm looking for a legal & up2date music download site or software, that you can send gift certificates to via email using PayPal.

    iTunes accepts PayPal but you can't purchase Gift Certificates with PayPal.

    I cant find anything about gift certs on napster.. only ones you can buy in-store.
