PROCEDURE

Sign up for a new adwords account
Once you are done with the setup, in the billing preferences, The bottom has a field for entering the voucher number I email you
Once you enter the voucher details and your billing information, the credit will be applied to your account for the value of the voucher
Google deducts $5 of the credit for new account setup
Once you start your campaign, it uses the balance from the voucher (approx $47.5)
If you use more than that amount for example ($60) for the campaign, google will charge you the remaining $12.5 from your creditcard or send you a bill for that amount.
You can pause/delete of limit the campaign budget by specifying how much you want to spend. For example, you can specify that you want to spend only $1/day on your campaign and google displays your ad till that limit is hit each day.
