I wanted to know, has Server speed anything to do with SEO?

No it does not. CEO is about how are website is optimized for the Search Engines. It is a marketing issue, not tech one.

Actually it does. Google bots wont wait for hours for your site to load keep that in mind.

make sure loading the html (not images, they dont matter) doesnt take any more than 5 seconds.

I will change my host once I finished with my current host

My home page is 24KB (HTML only)
DW says it takes 4 second to load
Is it ok?
