I would like to learn about the reputation of their company and whether they can provid fast and proper service.The key is whether or not the host computer they offer is stable.

Yeah you might not be able to pull anything up any reputable review sites sadly enough. I personally have never had direct experience nor heard anything about their service. Main concern is if you do not find any reviews on them other them close friends or even friends for that matter, check to see if they offer a money back guarantee. How true they will stand on that guarantee will later show, but atleast you have the guarantee.

My advice is, if you intend to host a chinese site (my assumption), its better to go with a host that "understand" you or you are going to have problem communicating when support is needed.

In other words you should go with NetCafe
