Usually you can resolve it by how you got the error in the first place. For example, if you just uploaded or re-uploaded something, it may be a CHMOD error.

i have know idea what i did, i was im my forum, i click on the banner to go back then i got the error, iv check to see if all the files are CHMOD correctly and they are.

Also remember that not all files should have the CHMOD of 777 or 755. You should consult with your host for information on the error then.

thanks for your help, iv sorted it now, the .htaccess was messed up
