If your email address starts with "kuipou_rd" and you use the login name of
"kipgv" at your current hosting provider, I have your hosting records in
front of me right now at this very moment and I can tell you first hand that
your current host is NOT down and has never been down especially given
that the last downtime for that particular host for was long before you ever
signed up for a web hosting there and you are apparently a little bit confused.
If the above is NOT your email account or the login name you use at your
current hosting provider then it is a coincidental match on the multi-host database
search looking for "kuipou" and you can disregard the above message.

its beacuse i recived a notice at catch free that i cant be hosted beacuse its a non english site (high school site) however my own site i had a reseller and beacuse my friend cancelled the subcription my host cuted me off but they said that if i wanted they could re-host me but now i need to have money in my paypal and i cant link my bank account to it so i would need to send money via bank2bank to someone or by mail beacuse its not a cash prob is sending money the prob
However i dont want to cause prob to anyone and i really need the hosting
EDit : kipgv is me but its my highschool site wich i wanted hosted elsewhere from my own site in case of downtime ect
