    ClientExec = Good features, takes a while for them to release updates!
    ModernBill = Complicated setup procedure, great features!
    WHMAP = Basic features, don't like it personally!
    WHMCS = Great features, cheap and easy to use!

    All of these are in the $10-25 range!

    I use ClientExec at the moment. I think I pay $15 or so for it. You can get it really cheap if you find a reseller of it. I've used Modernbill. I wasn't a big fan of it.

    modernbill is probably the best out there but it is pretty hard to setup and get right. Once you do it can be a very powerful piece of your business

    we use modernbill it is user friendly and has more features making it more functional and their support is also good.
    There is a trial version of ModernBill, so feel free to try it out.
