Ipowerweb is so bad in support i asked them to tranfer a domain to a diffrent account hosted with them they said change name servers are these staff know what they even saying?

That is the main problem I hate about large companies many just get some center in India, hire staff who hardly know english and make a troubleshooter. They will just copy and paste stuff for you. Like a robot, others don't know english and just talk rubbish and others don't even know what hosting is...I mean a GoDaddy staff said GOO! DADDY! Support Team ?? I was like crazy person....there are some great companies out there you just gotta look out.
