no im with them currently and they are giving awful service and a bad server they gave me there not prepared to give me a refund nor upgrade me or give me fantastico on my non fantastico server

i have been with them nearly a month now and have recieved great service from them and my server was set up within 30mins of payment. i have requested a upgrade on my server and got it the exact time i asked it for. i could not say a bad word about these people. plus all theyre servers come fully managed and most support tickets are answered within 1 or 2 hrs.

Just to clear somethings up here, my techs have spent many hours working on your box, everytime we come to look at it we find the load at a acceptable level for a Celeron 2.0. We setup your private nameservers for you and then blamed us because your old host didnt provide nameserver registration.
We offered to give him a brandnew box, but this was denied by the client saying it would still have the same issue. There where also complaints about the network, this was a known issue with BT and NTL and had nothing to do with OUR Bandwidth carriers nor the Datacentre.
Fantastico is not something we provide with our servers as it is not finanicaly possible because of the prices we offer. We had already upgraded your box from our AMD Athlon 2000+ to our Celeron Package.
When you signed up for your server you agreed to our TOS which does not allow refunds.
