Note: I dont want the webtools but i want to offer the web tools.

He's wanting to put those sort of tools on his website, that one there just has them for that site and no way to download the script being used or include the code into the site.

Well I would love to help you but I can't. You can't just offer web tools just like that. Each web tool takes up a different type of script. So you'd have to get each script 1 by 1.
