small/reliable hosting

I wonder, does the 'small reliable' host still survive in this world?

I mean, these days if you offer 20mb space, and 200mb bandwith, which is actually more then enough to host even the 'big' sites...

Every day, I see people asking and hosts offering more then Gig's of space, and hundreds Gig's of BW...
It's simply impossible to survive as a host!

So, the question is : are there still small reliable hosts around here?

Well i bet you will find hosts out there that do that. but hosting is really cheap now so people can provide massive sapce for free.

Most of these free hosts cant keep up with what they offer, If your offering 10GB of space per client and you have an 80GB HDD then its only going to take 8 clients using all there space before you are buggered.

Really people like yourself who offer small manageable amounts of space and bandwidth are more likely to stick around and be more reliable in the long round.

I think it's quite possible to find small and reliable hosting. I guess you may try Google for this purpose.

Small hosting - little money. It can be a hobby - not a serious business IMO.

I agree with that. As mentioned above, alot of hosting offer 10GB when they have a 80GB HDD etc. To be honest thats risky but alot of people will not use that full 10GB.
