Need a free host (from 2-20 MG), with holtlinking and SUPER fast

I would like a free webspace that will allow me to store some .txt, .css and .js files.
It can have at least 2 MG of space, but a lot of bandwidht (preferebly more or = 1GB ).
I do not mind ads
But, another condition would be: not need to constantly log in or visit a page from the site, to keep the account active. Resuming, I would like a forever account, please
And no need of PHP, MySQL, all those stuff

Why: I want to host my scripts so I can load them from my forums

It is really nice, but it is not what I am looking for
You offer 200 MG, while I only want 2 MG...
And no need of cPanel or MySQL or php

Call this a dumb question but why don't you just upload your scripts
to the site where you have your forum community instead of
hosting those elsewhere and hotlinking to them?

I was expecting that. But you see, there are some newbie members that like to copy the codes in the source file...
And If they see something like <script type="text/javascript" scr="my_future_host"></script> they will not know what to do. Two things might happen:
- they copy all of that and get the same look as my forum, then their forum gets deleted for ripping;
- they go to the address of the scripts and do not understand anything, because they are used to the <script> and </script> tags
Well, of course, that is for the newbies. As for the pros, I do not mind.
