Arrow Looking for DNS only hosting (Cpanel)

My request is different to others but I am looking for Cpanel DNS hosting. At this min my DNS is playing up and I am in need of DNS that can be controlled via WHM.

So if anyone can give me a account for Cpanel DNS only or a limited WHM account just so I can run some DNS of it.

Thank you in advance and if you are not sure what I am talking about, I can explain more.

    www.afraid.org isnt what you're searching?
    But they dont use cPanel.

Or maybe you want to try www.dnspark.com ?

He either want to give out domains or subdomains with DNS.

Afraid.org works, every DNS host work.

But his users have to register there, and he himself want to be the DNS host where people register at.

I don't think there's such a thing for free, but dunno.

He needs a WHM/VPS/Dedicated server to do such stuff.

As Blade as stated it is for WHM but the thing I am looking for is a free software from Cpanel as DNS that works in sync with WHM.

    http://www.cpanel.net/products/dnsonly/index.htm

I am just asking incase someone has it installed and don't mind me using a bit of it's bandwidth and the such.
