For the specs you require, I suggest you at least double or triple your budget to receive quality hosting you'd be satisfied with. 3.75$/mo just isn't enough.

It's preferable if you request offers in public here on the forums and not by pm. Hosts can then label it as a custom plan for you. This way, moderators (us), can filter out those who don't respect the rules and warn about potential problems.
