It's preferable if you request offers in public here on the forums and not by pm. Hosts can then label it as a custom plan for you. This way, moderators (us), can filter out those who don't respect the rules and warn about potential problems.
As for my offer, I am a host, but your budget does not fit even my lowest plan. [url]
