    Basically if your site displays useful content, you can upgrade your bandwidth by submitting a request to support. The 3 GB limit was just to limit abuse.

    At this time no as it is inserted automatically at the top of each page. We are however considering ways to make the ad less obtrusive to our end user's pages.
