Set them up with your the company you registered your domain with. Any halfway decent domain panel has an option to do this.

Do you have a control panel installed to your VPS?

You need to get your host to order them, some make you pay some give you two for free. Ask your host what needs to be done.

You can create NS in your registrar account(Wich site you used to register your domain ?)

First you have to create NS:

    ns1.yourdomain.com IP1
    ns2.yourdomain.com IP2

Secondly add those ns to your domain
    NS1: ns1.yourdomain.com
    NS2. ns2.yourdomain.com

    thats it

If he was to give us more information such as if he uses a control panel, his domain registrar etc we'd be able to help him more and I'd also be willing to do this for him while I'm not so busy this evening.
