Well, i think that with this space you can make "half site"... but anyway it's good for totally beginners and not for experienced users!

15 MB for beginners is too much... beginner web site are about 1 MB or at most like 3 MB at most.... 15 Mb u can design a fully loaded flash site or add flash to every page you can still have about 5 to 8 mb left over depending on your compression rate of your graphics and flash design....
